1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms are an agreement between you and Conel Labs Pvt Ltd (“Conel Labs”, “we”, “us”) for the Kathe website, account service and Mac application. By creating an account, purchasing Kathe or using the application, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Kathe.
2. Your account
Your Kathe purchase is associated with a verified email account rather than a reusable license key. Keep access to that email secure and approve only Macs you control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
You may not sell, transfer, share or provide your account to another person.
3. Kathe license
After a successful purchase, Conel Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kathe on unlimited Macs that you personally use, including simultaneous use.
The purchase includes future Kathe versions and updates that Conel Labs makes generally available under this license. It does not guarantee a particular feature, release schedule, compatibility period or continued operation of third-party services.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer Kathe except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass entitlement checks, or use the service to harm others or interfere with its security.
4. Connected providers and usage charges
Kathe lets you connect third-party model and narration providers using your own accounts. Their services, availability, content rules and charges are governed by their terms. The Kathe purchase does not include model, voice, network or other provider usage.
You are responsible for reviewing requests before sending them and for ensuring that your use of source files, generated material and connected providers is lawful.
5. Payment, tax and refunds
Kathe is offered for a one-time price displayed at checkout. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds. Currency conversion or local taxes may change the final amount displayed by checkout.
Purchases are covered by our 30-day refund policy. A successful full refund, chargeback or payment reversal revokes the associated Kathe entitlement.
6. Your content and our software
You retain ownership of the plans, source files, scripts and videos you create or provide. You give Kathe only the limited permission needed to process your content at your direction.
Conel Labs and its licensors retain ownership of Kathe, its website, branding, software and documentation. If you voluntarily send feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.
7. Availability and termination
We may change or discontinue parts of Kathe, address security or legal risks, or suspend access for material violations of these terms. We will not arbitrarily revoke a valid lifetime entitlement, but access may be removed following a refund, payment reversal, fraud or account abuse.
You may stop using Kathe at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kathe is provided “as is” and “as available”. Generated scripts and videos can contain mistakes and must be reviewed by you. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output or continued availability of third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Conel Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or provider charges arising from Kathe. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for Kathe. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Conel Labs agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through support. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
